This is primarily a web based  service using PayPal but in exceptional cases I will consider postal enquiries and delivery but additional costs will be inevitable and the fixed prices will not be applicable.

Referring to the map the counties  I cover are coloured. The Black Country region is yellow and the five archives covering this area are visited frequently. The blue area record offices are visited less frequently, the grey areas as required and the orange areas only occasionally.

The services I provide generally fall into two categories  fixed price lookups and general research. Fixed price research categories are itemised on their relative pages and once I accept your request no money changes hands until I have obtained the information you require. At that point I will email you stating the total cost and on receipt will  deliver the information. Check out the how it works link from the menu bar.

I will quote for general research that does not fit into any fixed price category but in most cases I shall require a nominal deposit to cover expenses.
